Lumen Electric delivered design-build electrical services for a 90,000 sq-ft expansion of the Ridgeview Industries facility, upgrading power distribution, lighting, and equipment connections to support increased production capacity and improved operational efficiency.
Project Highlights:
Extended existing 480V/277V power distribution into the new addition
Built a custom motor control panel for (14) supply and exhaust fans
Installed all-new LED lighting and integrated nLight lighting controls
Added power for dock doors and dock levelers
Installed (3) new 800A 480V/277V bus ducts for production equipment
Provided power connections for rooftop units, break room, and restrooms
Extended the building fire alarm system and wired controls for a new diesel fire pump
