Career Paths

Where do you see yourself at LEI?

We hire for a variety of roles and experience levels, from entry-level apprentices to seasoned foremen and project managers. Many of our leaders started in the field and grew into supervisory roles through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training.

  • Learn the trade through our in-house apprenticeship program with hands-on experience and mentorship.

  • Our journeyman electricians perform hands-on electrical work on complex commercial and industrial job sites, supporting foremen with installation, troubleshooting, and coordination of daily tasks.

    This role is ideal for licensed electricians who take pride in quality workmanship, teamwork, and mentoring apprentices while delivering safe, reliable electrical systems.

  • Our foremen lead crews on complex commercial and industrial job sites, coordinating daily work, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to LEI’s quality expectations.

    This role is ideal for experienced electricians who take pride in leadership, problem-solving, and ownership of their job sites.

  • Coordinate large-scale projects from planning through completion with the backing of a trusted, responsive team.

  • Keep projects moving with strong communication, organization, and support behind the scenes.

Current Openings

  • Journeyman Electrician
    Commercial and industrial experience preferred. Strong understanding of electrical systems, jobsite coordination, and safety standards.

  • Foreman / Field Supervisor
    Lead crews on active job sites, coordinate daily work, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality execution.
