Wayland Administration Building
LEI completed a full electrical upgrade as part of the renovation and expansion of the Wayland Administration Building. The project modernized power distribution, lighting, controls, life-safety systems, and HVAC electrical support to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety throughout the facility.
Project Highlights:
Renovation and electrical expansion of existing administration office space
New 800-amp electrical service supporting new power, lighting, and existing building panels
Installation of a 45kW natural gas generator with life-safety and standby transfer switches
All new power distribution and LED lighting throughout the basement level
Replacement of first-floor fixtures with energy-efficient LED lighting
Building-wide nLight lighting control system
Electrical connections for new HVAC systems serving the entire facility
