Kawasaki Training & Town Hall
LEI partnered on a design-build renovation converting 18,000 square feet of existing warehouse space into a modern training and town hall facility for Kawasaki. The project supported technical training, large-scale gatherings, hospitality functions, and office use, with advanced lighting, AV infrastructure, data communications, and life-safety system integration throughout the space.
