GR Ford – Snow Removal

LEI completed the electrical scope for a 61,000 sq-ft expansion to support GRFIA’s Snow Removal Equipment operations, upgrading power, lighting, and life-safety systems to accommodate year-round service demands.

Project Highlights:

  • Installed power distribution for the 61,000 sq-ft building expansion

  • Added to the existing electrical infrastructure to support new operational needs

  • Installed all-new LED lighting throughout the addition

  • Provided new power and connections for all mechanical equipment

  • Extended fire alarm, security, and surveillance systems into the new addition

  • Installed nLight lighting control system and 5200VA inverter for life safety lighting requirements
