Project Highlights:

• Renovation of existing building to expand Wayland Administration office space

• New 800A service to feed new power and lighting, along with feeding existing panels in the building

• New 45kw natural gas generator with life safety and stand-by transfer switches to power the building’s life safety systems

• All new power and LED lighting on the basement level

• Replaced the 1st floor fixtures with new LED light fixtures

• Upgraded the entire building to nLight lighting control system

• Power connections to all new HVAC systems for the entire building
